ENSEMBLE WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

For anyone looking for a real challenge, Olympic Weightlifting is the most challenging but rewarding form of lifting weights.

Our current Olympic Weightlifting sessions for adults are on:

  • Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm
  • Thursdays 11:00am-12:00pm
  • Saturdays 09:30-10:30am

If you cannot make the above times but are interested in doing Olympic Weightlifting, please let us know when would suit you best and we may be able to put more sessions and/or courses to suit demand.

All sessions are currently limited to six spaces to give you as much attention as possible, and are led by Annie who is a Level 2 qualified British Weightlifting Coach.

WEIGHTLIFTING FOR KIDS AND TEENS

We are excited to offer our next weightlifting courses for 9-14 year olds starting in June 2022!

Weightlifting is entirely safe for young people when under the proper supervision of a qualified coach. 

On top of that, it is great for building confidence and helping children to focus on what their bodies can do, rather than what they look like.

It also complements and can improve performance for anyone already taking part in sports such as football and athletics.

Our next 6-week course is only £36 per child but spaces are limited so please book soon to avoid disappointment.
