STEP 1: DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT
Do you want to improve your cardio but hate running?
Then you will want to try our FITNESS CLASS.
Want to get super strong?
Our STRENGTH CLASS would be perfect for you.
Want to take on a new challenge and try Olympic Weightlifting?
You can guess where I’m going here!
No fancy, confusing class names – our classes are named simply for the great results we give you!

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR FREE TASTER SESSION
Have a look at our timetable and decide when you want to come for your free taster session!
While beginners are welcome to ANY class, we have three weekly classes dedicated for beginners.
If you are nervous about being unfit or new to weights, this will be a more gentle introduction to our sessions with fewer people and more support from coach Annie 🙂
STEP 3: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Even for your free taster you will need to create an account on our booking system, but I promise it’s quick and easy to do!
Go ahead and select ‘FREE Taster Session’ from the MEMBERSHIPS page.
Then select your preferred session from the SCHEDULE page.
And that’s it!

STEP 4: TURN UP AND ENJOY!
Now for the hardest bit.
I totally understand that you are going to feel very nervous stepping in the gym for the first time.
But I promise you won’t regret it.
We get fantastic feedback from our new members on how welcoming and friendly we are.
Bring some comfortable clothes to work out in, a water bottle and even feel free to bring a friend for support if needed!
