STRENGTH TRAINING MADE SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE

We understand that weights can be daunting. Everyone is a beginner at one time, and it feels like the only options are to learn over many years of trial and error, or not start at all.

THAT IS WHY WE CREATED THIS CLASS.

To save you a LOT of time, money and effort (we won’t lie, some effort will still be involved!).

Learn how to get really strong in the most efficient way possible, while in the comfort of a small private gym and under the safe guidance of a qualified coach.

HOW IT WORKS

The focus of our strength sessions is PROGRESSION. 

We follow a structured strength programme over 8-12 weeks before coming together and retesting our strength on PB Day (more info below).

MONDAYS: CHIN UPS

TUESDAYS: DEADLIFT

THURSDAYS: PUSH PRESS OR PULL UPS

FRIDAYS: SQUAT

SATURDAYS: BENCH PRESS OR SHOULDER PRESS

PB DAY

There is no greater feeling than achieving a new personal best after weeks of hard training with the support of your gym buddies!

Our members always look forward to this day and it’s the perfect way to stay motivated and work towards your personal goals without the stress of a race or competition with others.

Our next PB day for our current members is Saturday 9th July.

OPEN GYM SESSIONS

All memberships also include access to our gym outside of class times during ‘Open Gym’ hours, where you can independently use our state-of-the-art strength equipment.

You can follow your own strength programme or, if you’re not sure what to do, you can follow the strength workout of the day written up on the whiteboard.
